Upon the citizens inalienable right to keep and bear arms hangs the guarantee of all of the natural rights which we hold dear. The freedom of religion, the freedom of speech, the right to a jury trial and to avoid cruel and unusual punishment, the right to be secure in our persons, papers, and effects can all be withheld or completely removed by a big, oppressive, tyrannical government except that the citizens of the United States continue to hold the last key to the enforcement of the US Constitution -- the right to keep and bear arms.
